Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajed (C) releases a dove to inaugurate the four-nation Asia Cup limited-overs tournament at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on 29 May 2000. Extreme left is Sri Lanka's captain Sanath Jayasuriya and extreme right is Bangladesh skipper Aminul Islam.
