Twenty20 Big Bash, Queensland v New South Wales at Brisbane, Jan 24, 2011
New South Wales won by 17 runs
24 January 2011 - night match (20-over match)

Hi and welcome to Cricinfo's live coverage of the second match in tonight's double header. We're here at the Gabba for the match between Queensland and New South Wales. This match was originally scheduled for January 15th, but had to be moved because of the floods in Queensland. It'll be an emotional night for the Bulls as they try to put the pain of the past month behind them and push for the Big Bash Finals. The Redbacks have all but sealed top spot with their crushing 9-wicket win over the Tigers at Bellerive earlier tonight, but second and third are well and truly still up for grabs, with the Bulls and the Blues both right in the hunt. New South Wales have won the toss and elected to bat, as is generally the way in T20 cricket.

What a fightback from Ben Rohrer and the Bulls, posting a defendable 140. It won't be easy but if they can be as disciplined as the Bulls were with the ball, they'll be a chance. A lot will depend on the hard-hitting Chris Simpson who will open the batting for the Bulls when the run chase starts at about 9.05pm local time. Please join us then.
