Twenty20 Big Bash

Victoria v New South Wales

New South Wales won by 17 runs

Good evening and welcome to the MCG for our live coverage of the Big Bash game between Victoria and NSW. The game is virtually a final for both sides. My name is Andrew Fuss and I'll be taking you through all the action for tonight's game. The captains have just done the toss and the Blues have won it, electing to bat. The Blues captained this evening by Moises Henriques have named a very young side, so look out for the next generation of players performing tonight. The Victorians have named a very impressive pace attack with Nannes, Siddle and Pattinson sure to cause a few headaches for the Blues' top order. They'll rely on their top order to make the runs with a young middle orde susceptible to a collapse.
