A hip injury has forced Dominic Thornely, the New South Wales allrounder, out of the ING Cup match against Tasmania at Hobart on Saturday. Thornely, who suffered the injury while fielding in the Pura Cup game against Queensland at Bankstown, will be replaced by the offspinner Jason Krejza.
Stephen O'Keefe, the 20-year-old Hawkesbury allrounder, was included in the squad for the first time when Matthew Nicholson was ruled out with an ankle injury also suffered in the Queensland clash.
