India A maintained their position at the top of the table with a narrow one-wicket win against South Africa A in the Quadrangular A-Team one-day series in Darwin. Chasing a stiff 275, India's top three batsmen gave them an ideal start. Robin Uthappa and Unmukt Chand added 84 for the opening wicket before Chand added a further 68 with Manan Vohra. While both Vohra and Chand registered half-centuries, Uthappa missed out by four runs.

India suffered a middle-order slump as they lost four wickets for 25 runs. Sanju Samson and Rishi Dhawan stabilised the innings with a 44-run sixth-wicket stand but both were dismissed on the same score by Marchant de Lange. At 234 for 8, India were almost out but a late riposte by Karn Sharma, who scored 39 in 16 balls, took them over the line.

South Africa's innings had revolved around Rilee Rossouw after they had lost their first wicket cheaply. Rossouw shook off a poor run in the tournament with his sixth List A century. His 137 took 150 balls and included 15 fours. He was the sixth batsman to be dismissed but the team score was almost touching 250. However, the Rossouw's career-best innings went in vain.

Karan Sharma should be there in Indian Team In England tour. Excellent talent from Vohra, Sanju, Bumraah. Believe Indian ODI team will have Vohra, Kholi, Raina, Sanju, R.Sharma, R.Jadeja, Dhoni, K.Sharma, B.Kumar, Shami, Bumrah (Uttapa, Dhawan, Yadav, A.Patel). India seems missing left of seam bowling talent and one more left hand batter in reserve. All the best team India.

How is!!!...Sanju is still being made to bat at 6 when the great wall Rahul Dravid...gave him a permanent #3 batting slot..for RR...the guy is not getting enough opportunities in this batting showcase his amazing talent.....
