Bollinger to Barath, OUT, oh well held Hussey! Superb athletic catch at gully by Hussey, who throws himself horizontally to his left and intercepts a loose flash from Barath outside off stump, forced into that shot by the fuller and wide length but failed to keep it down

AB Barath c Hussey b Bollinger 3 (20m 14b 0x4 0x6) SR: 21.42

West Indies 26/1   CH Gayle 22* (14b 3x4 1x6)   DE Bollinger 2.3-0-18-1

Bollinger to Gayle, OUT, sharp catch from Haddin! Bollinger slips in a bouncer just outside off stump and Gayle goes after it, trying to uppercut it over the slips, but its too close to his body and he snicks it off the shoulder of the bat and Haddin leaps up to his right and plucks it from out of nowhere, it was travelling high and fast but he snapped it

CH Gayle c †Haddin b Bollinger 26 (43m 23b 4x4 1x6) SR: 113.04

West Indies 39/2   RR Sarwan 9* (16b 1x4)   DE Bollinger 4.4-0-26-2

Johnson to Sarwan, OUT, caught! full outside off, draws Sarwan into a drive who splices it in the air only as far as Clarke at point who takes a regulation catch

RR Sarwan c Clarke b Johnson 28 (72m 46b 4x4 0x6) SR: 60.86

West Indies 84/3   S Chanderpaul 22* (27b 4x4)   MG Johnson 3.1-0-5-1
62.3

Watson to Chanderpaul, OUT, another loose forward prod from Chanders to one pitching closer to off stump, there's a noise before Haddin collects, no reaction from the umpire and we have a review. For the second time involving Chanderpaul, several replays are reviewed and again Hotspot is inconclusive. Is it bat flipping pad? Australia don't look pleased. Second time Chanders has been involved in a caught-behind review. Ponting, who asked for the review, leads the celebrations when the outcome is OUT. Hotspot didn't show anything but the review works for the Australians this time. Chanders is gone for a fighting 62. The bowling change works and a dangerous stand is snapped. This one was far less convincing that the first appeal last session. Chanders shakes his head and walks off. Crucial breakthrough from Watson.

S Chanderpaul c †Haddin b Watson 62 (239m 151b 5x4 0x6) SR: 41.05

West Indies 235/4   DJ Bravo 79* (117b 10x4 1x6)   SR Watson 7.3-1-27-1

Watson to Ramdin, OUT, two in the over! Watson gets Ramdin with a loose shot to one outside off stump, he tries to push it from the crease off the back foot but gets an inner edge onto the stumps

D Ramdin b Watson 4 (3m 3b 1x4 0x6) SR: 133.33

Hauritz to Bravo, OUT, clean bowled! A corker delivery from Hauritz. The ball pitches outside off and turns spectacularly into off stump, beating the bat on the way.

DJ Bravo b Hauritz 104 (210m 156b 12x4 1x6) SR: 66.66

West Indies 273/6   DJG Sammy 9* (23b 1x4)   NM Hauritz 19.2-0-61-1
85.1

Siddle to Sammy, OUT, full length ball, strikes Sammy directly in front of the stumps, hitting middle and leg. Looked absolutely plumb. An appeal from the Australians draws the umpire's finger. After discussing it with his partner, Sammy refers the decision. But it goes against him and Sammy is forced to trudge off the field.

DJG Sammy lbw b Siddle 44 (100m 57b 5x4 2x6) SR: 77.19

West Indies 336/7   BP Nash 44* (65b 8x4)   PM Siddle 19.1-3-86-1
103.1

Hauritz to Benn, OUT, tossed up and Benn comes forward and looks to defend, misses the bat and strikes the pad, a loud appeal and umpire Gould lifts his finger, a referral by Benn, given out, there was no inside edge and that was plumb.

SJ Benn lbw b Hauritz 17 (80m 50b 1x4 0x6) SR: 34.00

West Indies 380/8   BP Nash 67* (123b 9x4)   NM Hauritz 26.1-1-96-2
104.3

Johnson to Roach, OUT, fuller delivery outside the off stump and Roach fends at the delivery from the crease, a loud appeal for a catch and given by umpire Rauf. Roach is not happy with the decision and they have no more referrals. Difficult to tell if there was an edge.

KAJ Roach c †Haddin b Johnson 2 (6m 6b 0x4 0x6) SR: 33.33

Johnson to Nash, OUT, bowled! good length delivery that sears into the wickets. Nash tries to cut a ball much too close to be cutable, the ball slips into the gap between bat and body and routs the batsman's stumps

BP Nash b Johnson 92 (248m 178b 12x4 0x6) SR: 51.68
