0.6 to TWM Latham, gone! Latham nicks off. Pradeep has the wicket. Keeps it on a terrific area, just outside off. Latham plays defensively and gets a thick outside edge, which is easily taken. Lovely start for SL.. 3/1

38.1 to MJ Guptill, gone. Guptill holes out. Looking to go over the top but he squeezes it off the inside half of the bat, lodges down long-on's throat. Nothing delivery from Kulasekara, in the slot for the big shot but Guptill did not get it at all. 206/3
40.4 to HM Nicholls, Nicholls holes out now. A few dot balls and Nicholls feels like he needs to have a go. Again, the ball was right in the slot and Nicholls crunches the swipe, but doesn't time it well enough. Skied but straight to deep midwicket. A slight change in momentum at the moment.. 215/4
46.3 to LRPL Taylor, gone. Taylor slog-sweeps but straight to deep square leg. Another slower ball on middle, Taylor goes for the swipe but like many before him, Taylor fails to connect as well as he would have liked. Big wicket. 262/5

23.2 to KS Williamson, Williamson falls to a really poor ball! It was so short and down leg side as well, might have just bounced a bit more, is all. Williamson went back to pull but seemed to be cramped for room and ended up gloving it. Chandimal juggled it a little down leg side before taking the catch. I think that went off the bottom part of the glove, bounced off Williamson's thigh, then bounced off the keeper's thigh before finally landing in his gloves.. 125/2

2.2 to TM Dilshan, Boult strikes. Full delivery outside off, Dilshan looks to scoop it over short fine leg, but gets a top edge. Terrible stroke considering it was a returning Boult. The keeper takes it and Boult is rightly overjoyed. Dilshan wanted to put the pressure on Boult, but the gamble did not pay off at all. 12/1
29.1 to LD Chandimal, that's gone really high in the air, really high, and when the ball descends it lands in Williamson's hands. Chandimal had a real hard hoick across the line at a good length ball and ended up slicing it high but not very far towards mid off. 126/4
47.1 to KMDN Kulasekara, Santner takes the catch as NZ close out the series 3-1. Low full toss outside off, Kulasekara goes for a lofted drive but skies it up without timing, Santner runs back from cover and takes the catch.. 258/10
1014054.00384040
3.1 to HDRL Thirimanne, bowled im. Thirimanne goes. Big wicket for NZ. Thirimanne has shown impressive resolve on this tour but his ODI series has come to and end. Slightly wider outside off but not wide enough to throw his hands at it, a thick inside edge clatters into the stumps. Too close for the cut.. 15/2
9.1 to MD Gunathilaka, Gunathilaka goes. After a very patient start, he goes for a big slog. Kept his shape though and picked a good stroke, but did not connect at all. Got it off the toe-end and Sodhi at mid-on settles under the skier to send the opener back. Was a rather full delivery outside off, and Gunathilaka got under it too early and was through the shot, thereby taking the toe.. 33/3
43.3 to CK Kapugedera, gone! Sensational catch from Milne. Short delivery on middle, Kapugedara goes for the pull, gets a top-edge which goes miles in the air. Milne runs around from fine leg after losing it in the low light. He covers the ground, gets there, sees it late and holds on to a pressure catch.. 237/7
45.3 to AD Mathews, taken. Henry Nicholls has taken another pressure catch. Mathews perishes, how big is that? Short ball on off, Mathews executes a lovely pull but just did not get as much as he would have wanted. It travels high in the air and Nicholls settles himself at the square leg boundary, takes a catch over his head. Would have gone for six had he not got a hand on it. The bat face just turned in his hands. 252/8
45.6 to PVD Chameera, bowled im. Could that be the final nail in SL's coffin? Slower ball outside off and draws the third consecutive inside edge. this time it smashes into the stumps and Henry has a much deserved five-for.. 253/9
905416.00291350
34.2 to NLTC Perera, gone! Perera clears his front foot and slogs at a length ball angling across him from over the wicket, he's in no position to play such a shot and ends up slicing the ball high in the air, Taylor at cover calls for the catch and takes it easily. 161/5
915416.00244200
40.6 to TAM Siriwardana, big wicket. Flat on leg, Siriwardana unleashes an uppish sweep and to be fair, the shot was there to be played. However, he did not get under that enough and the ball just spooned up for Nicholls, at backward square leg, to take. Big catch, taken low to the ground. 223/6
