Abdur Razzak's 10-wicket match haul helped Khulna Division beat Dhaka Metropolis by 188 runs in the National Cricket League. It was their fourth straight victory, and a second straight 10-wicket haul for Razzak.

Batting first at the Sylhet Stadium, Khulna rode on Mithun Ali's century to post 355, before bowling out Dhaka Metro for 320. Razzak took 7 for 122. Khulna then extended their lead 396 when they made 361 for 9 in their second innings, leaving enough time to bowl out Dhaka Metro again, this time for 208 with the other left-arm spinner, Murad Khan, taking six wickets.

Defending champions Rajshahi Division suffered their second loss when Chittagong Division trounced them by an innings and 113 runs in Savar. Jahurul Islam's 118 in the first innings was Rajshahi's saving grace, as they were bowled out for 239.

Mahbubul Karim, Mominul Haque and Faisal Hossain then hammered centuries for Chittagong as they took a massive lead, scoring 510 runs in a day and a half. Rajshahi's poor start in the second innings meant they would never got close to the 271-run deficit. They were eventually bowled out for 158, the game ending in the second hour of the final day.

Sylhet Division beat hosts Barisal Division by 165 runs in a low-scoring encounter, and climbed to second place with two wins and two drawn games.

Sylhet took a 75-run lead in the first innings after bowling out Barisal for 131 runs. Left-arm spinner Enamul Haque jnr took seven wickets. Sylhet then extended their lead to 314 in the second innings after Sayem Alam and Imtiaz Hossain struck fifties.

Barisal, without Shahriar Nafees and Sohag Gazi who are on national duty, were wrapped up for 149 in the 75th over, Enamul taking six more, his fifth haul of five or more wickets in first-class cricket this season.

Dhaka Division defeated Rangpur Division by seven wickets in Bogra. Dhaka took a 72-run lead in the first innings after Abdul Mazid and Saikat Ali hit half-centuries.

Rangpur crumbled in the second innings, Mosharraf Hossain's four-wicket haul playing a part, as they were bowled out for 153. Dhaka completed the chase on the fourth morning, taking only 19.5 overs.
