ten Doeschate sets up Kings' thumping win

The Chittagong Kings bowlers completed the job started by Ryan ten Doeschate as they raced to a record 89-run win over Khulna Royal Bengals

Chittagong Kings 156 for 5 (ten Doeschate 95*, Zadran 2-21) beat Khulna Royal Bengals 67 (Kevon Cooper 4-10, Enamul 3-14) by 89 runs
Scorecard
The Chittagong Kings bowlers completed the job started by Ryan ten Doeschate as they raced to a record 89-run win over Khulna Royal Bengals. It was their fourth victory in the competition, and it kept them in fourth place while the Royal Bengals remained at the bottom after suffering their seventh loss. Khulna's 67 all out is the lowest score in the tournament and their margin of defeat the largest.
It wasn't easy for the Kings at the start. Their top-order collapsed spectacularly after being put in to bat: they lost Brendan Taylor, Naeem Islam and Mahmudullah by the fourth over. From that point, ten Doeschate and their new recruit David Miller prevented the situation from deteriorating further.
The pair added 61 runs for the fourth wicket before ten Doeschate had Jacob Oram for company in a 49-run stand for the fifth wicket. Oram contributed only four runs to the partnership, but a change of gear from ten Doeschate helped the side past the 150-mark. ten Doeschate and Kevon Cooper blasted 36 runs off 11 balls in the closing stages.
Ten Doeschate missed out on a century by five runs, hammering four sixes and seven fours in his 61-ball unbeaten effort. The late blitz wasted the good work by Shapoor Zadran, who took 2 for 21 from his four overs.
Defending 156, Enamul Haque jnr and the seamer Cooper didn't let the Royal Bengals off the hook as they took forward the batsmen's momentum. They shared seven wickets after Jacob Oram took the early wicket of Nazimuddin, caught comically at deep square-leg by Ariful Haque.
Cooper gave away only 10 runs for his four wickets, his best bowling figures in Twenty20s. Enamul's 3 for 14 was also his best and it took him to 12 wickets, the most in the tournament.
