New Zealand in Bangladesh ODI Series - 2nd ODI

Bangladesh v New Zealand

Bangladesh won by 40 runs

Hello all and welcome to the coverage of the second ODI between Bangladesh and New Zealand. New Zealand have to win this game if they don't want the next game to be a dead rubber.

Bangladesh won the toss and are batting. They have one change- Shamsur Rahman will make his debut. He replaces Anamul Haque. New Zealand have made a couple of changes. Williamson, because of a thumb injury, and McClenaghan are out. They are replaced by Latham and Mills in the team

Rezwan Navid: "Today there is a fair chance of Bangladesh to wrap up the series. Good to see that the bowlers have now started to contribute to the team. I hope Tamim will blast today, because his form in the recent past surely is not good enough! Even Nasir didn't rise that much! So expecting big from them today! On the other hand the New Zealand have weapons who are yet to unleash! And I really really hope that today Rain doesn't interrupt the game!"

Before the first ODI, Shane Jurgensen asked the new ball bowlers to step up and bowl well in the death overs. Rubel did exactly that in his second spell
