Big Bash League

Sydney Thunder v Melbourne Renegades

Melbourne Renegades won by 5 wickets (with 10 balls remaining)

Hello and welcome to ANZ Stadium for tonight's Bish Bash League clash between the Sydney Thunder and the Melbourne Renegades. Aaron Finch called correctly and the Renegades will bowl first. That gives us a chance to have a look at the world's most devastating striker of the ball, Chris Gayle. I'm sure, like me, you can barely contain your excitement. The Thunder welcome Gayle, Azhar Mahmood and Mark Cosgrove into their XI for tonight's game, adding an enormous amount of experience to their side. Aaron Finch was happy to name the same side that beat the Stars in the all-Victorian clash at Docklands, just a week ago, but Samuels makes an appearance in the team. So there has been one change Chris Gayle is wary of an in-form Marlon Samuels for the Renegades after he clobbered Bangladesh to all parts in all formats on the recent tour. My name is Marc Ellison and I look forward to bringing you all the action from ANZ Stadium. Khawaja and Gayle stroll out to the middle and the diminutive Australia will take the first cherry
