No cricket cartoon has made me laugh more than this one, top class!

  • on January 7, 2013, 9:54 GMT

Mr. Satish, your cartoons are really funny. Mr.Srinivasan & Dhoni's expressions look natural..

  • iamcd_pati on January 6, 2013, 6:33 GMT

    hahhahaha...ur amazing satish

  • tickcric on January 5, 2013, 14:04 GMT

The Trans Tasmanian neighbours managed 47 & 45 in their South African safari at Newlands. India goes there this year. Srinivasan & Dhoni should rather worry about the Newlands pitch and call Cricket South Africa chief asap to change the venue. Better still cancel the whole tour and in return bring the IPL Festivals to South Africa for the second time!

    rofl look @ MSD's expression!

  • on January 4, 2013, 22:56 GMT

BCCI being the powerhouse of ICC, ( Refusing of DRS when all other Cricket playing Nations agree ), can bring in Ireland or Netherlands into Test arena and get themselves first choice with a few Test Series.

this is funny! Good job with this one.

  • on January 4, 2013, 10:20 GMT

Nice one satish... its seriously funny lol

  • Rajeshj on January 4, 2013, 10:02 GMT

good one again Satish.. expressions in each face is sketched brilliantly... could have added Kohli too along with MSD, who has a definite liking for weaker teams, but fares poorly against tougher teams even on Indian pitches... and I do agree that it should have been BD or ZW instead of NZ, because NZ has an impressive set of fast bowlers...

Difficult to win against NZ and Ban too under current circumstances. Zimbabwe and Ireland are the only two options. One home and away series makes 4 series wins for India for 2013. Cancel all other tours to avoid humiliation

@ ChiragPP: Not a good idea at all... lol. Full strength IND lost to BD in BD in the last Asia Cup & also lost to ZIM twice in their last tour for tri-nation series in 2009 with new stars like Rohit, Raina etc. IND should rather host tri-nation ODI with BD & ZIM + 3 match test series against them to improve recent HOME record. To improve away record they may tour IRE, NED, KEN etc. :)

One of ur best works!!ROFL!!Dhoni looks so apt in this cartoon..But i seriously doubt if indians can handle boult southee n Co..

  • pratit on January 4, 2013, 8:00 GMT

Awesome Cartoon. Brilliant. But on a serious note, if both Taylor and Ryder come back into the NZ side and the matches are played on sporting wickets( has atleast something for the seamers rather than being a dustbowl or a road) I will back NZ against this India side.

  • SarfBD on January 4, 2013, 7:32 GMT

there should be a follow up cartoon depicting an optimist McCullum and NZC chief and a confused BCCI chief after NZ scoring 169 for 4...

  • ramli on January 4, 2013, 7:11 GMT

Look at the expressions ... MSD is very happy ... Sri shows optimism ... NZ chief is perplexed ... at the possible revenue jump???

  • ramli on January 4, 2013, 7:08 GMT

Super... super ... super ... @ChiragPP ... you have suggested a good process ... India should expect to begin their ascent from scratch ... meaning BD, Zim, ire, nether, etc.

  • Saishwat on January 4, 2013, 7:06 GMT

awesome one... but wonder if India could even win New Zealand!!! how about calling Zimbabwe or Ireland...??

  • xylo on January 4, 2013, 7:00 GMT

I was thinking that India would play Sri Lanka to make up for their recent showings.

  • on January 4, 2013, 6:52 GMT

    ROFL. Awesome cartoon. Thumbs Up.

  • on January 4, 2013, 6:49 GMT

Take a bow! This is really nice..

  • Zavierz on January 4, 2013, 6:36 GMT

Ah Satish from where the Hell u got such ideas...... Simply Marvelous

  • ChiragPP on January 4, 2013, 6:36 GMT

Oh no no Satish.....not NZ....likes of Boult/Southee are lethal for Indian batting...there will be no place to hide faces if India lose to NZ at home (even with no Taylor)....

There has be a proper strategy, a proper planning process for the future....India should consider touring/calling Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Nairobi, etc.....
