Pomersbach reflects on a life almost wasted

Luke Pomersbach has made plenty of headlines over the years, often for the wrong reasons, and after moving from Western Australia to Queensland in an attempt to relaunch his career he spoke to the Sunday Mail about the way his life had been spiralling out of control.

Luke Pomersbach sits quietly in a Brisbane church and thanks God he is alive. With the amount of alcohol and drugs he has consumed, the trouble-plagued cricketer knows it is a miracle he is still here.
