This Downton fellow acts like a West Indian Administrator ..

"I like your personality but you are a mediocre player, so you get to play cricket "

"I don't like your attitude , I don't care if you are the BEST .. you will NEVER play a game as long as I am in charge"

Yup, that is a West Indian Administrator ......

I find it hard to believe that Downton is irreplaceable ! If anyone should be replaced because of an attitude problem , ECB should start at the TOP and lead axing Downton

Cook wouldn't want his test batsman who would struggle in moving condtions(eng,Aus,SA) ,since eng hardly play in SL they wouldn't want flat track also, who are effective in T20 atmost

I don't think Cook really wants strong minded batsmen. Heaven forbid they should speak their mind, like KP. A weak really needs some robots or hypnotised batsmen. Give him a joystick and receiver and he could play them by Xbox. No thinking out there me thinks.
