Profile

Greg Cork, son of Derbyshire's former England bowler Dominic, first made his mark against the Australian tourists at Derby in 2013 when he went onto the field as a sub fielder and caught Ed Cowan while his father was doing a report to camera. He was handed a summer contract by Derbyshire for 2014. A left-arm swing bowler, he again showed his father's knack for the limelight when he made his first-team debut in a televised the NatWest T20 Blast fixture at Durham. He is a product of the Cricket Derbyshire Academy. He played six T20 matches, his most successful return being his two wickets against Northants.
