Geoff Paulsen moved to Caboolture in 2000 and from the season of 2000-01 he played with Caboolture in the Sunshine Coast. In each of 2000-01 and 2001-02 he represented Sunshine Coast-Gympie in the Schaefer Shield and in 2001-02 he represented South Queensland and Queensland Country; in 2002-03 he represented South Queensland in the matches against Victoria Institute of Sport and in the Country Cup. He played QCA grade for Western Suburbs (First grade 1997-98, 1999-00); Beenleigh-Logan (First grade 1996-97). In the season of 2002-03 he plays club cricket with Caboolture in the Sunshine Coast on Saturday and with Kerry in Beaudesert on Sunday, representing South East Queensland in the Schaefer Shield. Schools: Silkstone State; St Edmonds, Ipswich. He is the ground curator for the Caboolture Cricket Club, also preparing golf courses and other sporting venues within the control of the club or as arranged by the club. (Warwick Torrens, Jan 2003)
