Akeem Dewar made a mark on his List A debut, taking 3 for 25 against Barbados in the President's Cup. A frontline legspinner also capable of contributing runs down the order, Dewar was picked in the squad for the Under-19 World Cup in New Zealand in 2010. He was named Jamaica's Young Cricketer of the Year in 2009.
