Profile

The son of the former Leicester Tigers rugby captain and coach, John Wells, who later moved on to become forwards coach with the England national team, Tom is a seam-bowling all-rounder who has been with Leicestershire from U-13 level. Some impressive performances for the Second XI in 2012, when he made his senior competitive debut in a CB40 match against Gloucestershire, earned him a contract for 2013.
