That's it from me and Alex Malcolm on commentary today. Stay tuned for more post-match breakdowns from Canberra via Andrew McGlashan. Thanks for tuning in. I'm Peter Della Penna, take care!

Australia captain Meg Lanning: "It was certainly a good all-round performance. Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney set the tone for the day and right from the first ball you could tell we had a little bit more attacking nature about us. So it was a good all-round performance. It was something that we really needed. We were a little bit timid in the first few games. World Cups are all about big games and we want to be a part of them. It's sort of a knockout quarterfinal in a way. New Zealand are playing some good cricket so we're going to have to play well."

Bangladesh captain Salma Khatun: "Australia is a very good team. 190 target was a very big total. Australia bowlers had good length and line, my batsmen are not used to short balls. We're looking forward to New Zealand."

Alyssa Healy is Player of the Match: "We figured a lot of the subcontinent teams are gonna as slow as they can to us so we did a lot of practice on that in the nets yesterday and just had really clear plans in our heads as to what we were gonna do. It didn't feel easy batting out there but we put up a good total."

10:05 pm So it looks like India have managed to poke the bear. Australia come roaring back in their last two games against Sri Lanka and Bangladesh to move into second place in Group A. They're on a collision course with New Zealand to decide second place in the group outright as both trail undefeated India.

1
Jonassen to Fahima Khatun, 1 run

flighted full on off, Fahima charges to drive to long-on, denying Australia the 10th wicket. But the tourney hosts win by 86 runs.

W
Jonassen to Khadija Tul Kubra, OUT

full on middle, pushed to extra cover, Khadija hesitates and then sets off looks like she's running in slow motion. Lanning charges in and flicks underhanded from 10 yards to Jonassen over the stumps at the bowler's end and Jonassen breaks the bails off with Khadija a yard short to complete the team hat-trick. Muted celebrations from the victorious hosts.

W
Jonassen to Salma Khatun, OUT

flighted full into middle and leg, misses a flick across the line. Big lbw shout denied as umpire Menon flinched briefly. Salma starts to scamper down the pitch but Fahima isn't interested. Sub fielder Kimmince relays from short third man to Healy, who takes the bails off with Salma 10 yards out.

Jonassen to Jahanara Alam, OUT

floated full on off, goes to slog sweep and misses. The stumps are rattled and the zing bails twist in the air before falling at Healy's feet.

Schutt to Fargana Hoque, OUT

slower ball lands full at 87 kph on fifth stump, Fahima is way out in front of this heave and skies it straight up. Healy pops out from behind the stumps to forward short leg and takes a simple catch reaching forward.

Schutt to Fahima Khatun, 1 run

missed runout chance! Length ball on fourth stump, flicked in the air wide of Sutherland at midwicket, she moves left to field before firing from 20 yards at the non-striker's end with Fahima a half-yard short but the throw is just wide.

18.2
Schutt to Fahima Khatun, no run

short on fifth stump, pulls toward Sutherland at midwicket on the ring who dives forward for a half-chance. Sutherland doesn't really appeal but the umpires confer and send it upstairs. Looks marginal as to whether she got her fingertips underneath it lunging forward and the third umpire has decided the ball did get smushed into the grass to trap the ball. Not out.

18.1
Schutt to Fahima Khatun, no run

full and wide on sixth stump, swings over the top.

Healy up to the stumps for Schutt's last over.

Jonassen to Rumana Ahmed, OUT

flighted more on off, slog sweeps this flat in the air and picks out Wareham at deep midwicket. She had to move quick to cover the 10 yards to her left but judged it immaculately and clasps on to this chance reaching forward at knee height while sliding left. 7/10 on difficulty but she made it look so easy, especially compared to the fielding effort on the opposite side tonight.
