Lulla Shyam who was born in Karachi, went a long way to play first class cricket. He finally found his place in the sun when he represented Mysore in 1961 against Kerala, but unfortunately it was also his last match. He scored 14 in the only batting opportunity he got as his side coasted to an innings victory. Lulla Shyam died on November 27, 2009 at the age of 68.
