Profile

Little is known about Charles Bain other than that he umpired in four first-class matches, two within a week of each other at Queens Park Oval involving the Australians in 1964-65, the second a Test match. The game was also the Test debut as an umpire for Ralph Gosein, who went on to stand in 25 Tests over the next 13 years.
