Reports from the West Indies suggest that following the AGM of the West Indies Cricket Board, WICB President, Pat Rouseau and Vice President Clarvis Joseph have resigned their positions with the WICB, effective 4th June, 2001; and the WICB has agreed to reinstate Ricky Skerritt as team manager.

The Board will reconvene its AGM in a couple of days to decide on the possible replacement for both Rousseau and Joseph, along with settling other unresolved matters from their just concluded AGM.

WICB's chief executive officer Gregory Shillingford also is saying that his future with the WICB is uncertain (he sat on the Select Committee which decided to fire Skerritt). Shillingford said the decision for fire Skerritt was not a personal one
