Only 39 overs of play was possible on the final day at Wellington, as the matched petered out into a draw. Craig Cumming, Chris Gaffaney and Robert Lawson helped themselves to half-centuries. But the loss of an entire day's play didn't help matters and the result was a foregone conclusion.
