Scorecard
Kenya needed just 64 minutes on the third morning to take the three remaining Ugandan wickets and wrap up victory by an innings and 4 runs at the Gymkhana Club Ground in Nairobi.
Resuming their second innings at 118 for 7, Uganda added just 33 more before their innings folded up. Nand Kishore and Frank Nsubuga, the overnight batsmen, took the score to 141 before Kishore was bowled by Maurice Odumbe for 25, the second-highest score in the innings.
Collins Obuya then took over, taking the last two wickets, including that of Nsubuga for 22, to ensure that Kenya were saved the trouble of batting a second time. Kenya now need to beat Namibia, the third team in the African leg of the tournament, to qualify for the next stage.
