'Sammy has done better than expected' - Bishop

Ian Bishop reviews the Dominica Test, analyses West Indies' performance in the series, and the things that the management needs to work on going forward (18:41)

What is Bishop talking about? Whose expectations has Sammy exceeded? What leadership? he has players who are playing under the gun of a "guntoting" coach. Sammy has no leadership qualities and they are trying to manufacture a leader. His tactical skills leaves much to be desired and he will never be able to get wickets on good wickets. Sammy is blocking the selection of Andre Russell. In a WI team that is well balanced Sammy has no place. A team of five Bowlers (four pacers and one spinner, Sammy has no place. Bharth, Simmons/Gayle, Sarwan/Richards, Bravo, Chanderpaul, Samuels,Baugh, Russell, Rampaul, Roach,Edwards, Bishoo/ Shillingford. If Gayle plays he would captain the team. By the way that team can win on its own, without Gibson or Haynes. Its one thing to be politically correct, but its another to do the right thing.
