I would blame the current lack of failure and loss of confidence in Bangladesh team on Bangladesh Cricket board. I would say Jimmie Siddon did and excellent job bringing a total confidence in Bangladesh team. It took few years to do that. Before him Dave Whatmore did that, it also took him few years. Right at the moment when Bangladesh is suppose to furish under a coach who has established an excellent bonding and communication with the team and coach, Bangladesh Cricket board has to fire that coach. Now whats new, the new coach has to go through the same dilemma and once everything will be wrking for them, Bangladesh cricket board will start over again. They are the one who is destrying the confidence and team chemistry.
