When people talk about "mystery" spinners, the suggestion is that you can't tell what they're going to bowl, not that they have a kind of delivery which no-one understands or has seen before. Jarrod says Ajmal's not a mystery spinner, he just has the off-break, the doosra, the karom ball (etc.), and you can't tell which one he's bowling... Sounds like mystery spin to me...
Jarrod's point about Mendis and his "antenna" (read: tell) making him effectively useless is what proves the point - he no longer offers any mystery!
