Michael Clarke: We have the talent to reclaim the Ashes

April 24, 2013

Michael Clarke:

"I think we will always pay our respects to the English team, they are a very strong team. Playing in their own backyard they are even stronger there is no doubt about that. But I think with this squad, we have the talent, the experience and the youth to go over there and have success. Our goal playing for Australia every time we step out onto the field is to win every game we play and this tour will be no different."

John Inverarity:

"We will be going to England, we believe, with the best possible side that we could select. We go there as underdogs, but we go there going there to win. They are a good side, they are an experienced side but we are going there, and our aim is to win back The Ashes."
