The fact is Steven Finn is rarely expensive in 50 over cricket, so I'm surprised you say that he is, or can be. In Test cricket in the past he can sometimes go at nearly 4 rpo but it doesn't happen very often in one day cricket. You just have to look at his stats where his career economy is 4.67, which is excellent for any bowler, let alone a fast strike bowler like Finn.
