Partnership

Partnership of the day, Michael Lumb and Naman Ojha, 47 in four overs
After a poor first few games, Rajasthan have been able to put up decent starts and today was an extension of that. Again it was Michael Lumb who gave them impetus, playing a series of shots in his 16-ball 30. He was especially alert to anything remotely on the pads and two shots that stood out were a hard-hit sweep off Muttiah Muralitharan and a fabulous clip off Albie Morkel which sailed over deep square leg. At the other end Naman Ojha played some delicate dabs off the back foot to frustrate the boundary riders.

Over

Chennai take a hat-trick, 20th over Rajashan Royals' innings
Rajasthan were primed for at least 180 but Chennai Super Kings bowled a very good last over. Paras Dogra was run out trying to get Abhishek Jhunjhunwala on strike and, having got back on strike, Jhunjhunwala holed out to long-on. Shane Warne completed the hat-trick of wickets when he was run out without facing a ball. The over only cost seven runs.

Moment

Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh walked in at the 17th over after Sachin Tendulkar fell and changed the complexion of the Mumbai innings. He plundered 19 off a Kemar Roach over and continued his assault against Jaskaran Singh and Rohit Sharma. He ended with a match-winning 49 off 18 balls
