Woodhey High School Bury, Durham University.

Lee Daggett, a solid county seamer, established himself at Northamptonshire after previous stints with Warwickshire and, briefly, Leicestershire. At Durham University he took 8 for 94 against Durham, and was named Durham University's Sportsman of the Year in 2004. He made the breakthrough into Warwickshire's first-team into 2006, impressing while playing five Championship games, but found his opportunities at the club limited.

After a loan spell at Leicestershire in 2008, he played an important role as Northamptonshire almost gained promotion from Division Two in 2011. His best form of the game has consistently been one-day cricket, although a lack of variety has hindered Daggett in Twenty20 cricket. Near the end of 2013, Daggett announced his retirement in order to take up a physiotherapist's role with Northampton Saints Rugby Club.
