Stuart Meaker, the young Surrey fast bowler, has been penalised for bowling an accidentally high full toss which resulted in his suspension from bowling further in his side's match against Leicestershire.
The two umpires, Michael Gough and Jeremy Lloyds, reported him in Surrey's Championship match which took place on June 16 to 19.
He has received three penalty points, which will remain on his record for a period of two years, and he now has a total of six points. If he collects nine or more in any two year period, this will result in an automatic suspension.
