Profile

Easan Sinnathamby, is a right-arm seamer with a loping, rhythmical run-up and action. After an injury riddled 2003 season, he trained hard and regained pace, nip and bounce off the pitch. A natural striker of the ball, he also emerged as a very useful lower-order strokeplayer and has even been employed as a pinch-hitter to good effect. Easan first played for the Calgary city team when he was only 18 years old and has been an ever-present since. One of Alberta's most successful players, he already has been selected to represent Canada several times in his career.
