A left-arm medium-pace bowler, Laura Spragg made her England debut against India in 2002, aged XX. She took a wicket, as well as scoring 21 in a 9th wicket
partnership of 45. Spragg also took 2-31 in the ODI Final against New Zealand at
Chester-le-Street, and has represented England at U19 and U17 level, playing in two European Cup tournaments. Part of the Yorkshire team, she has also played for Leeds/Bradford UCCE while studying for a BA (Hons) in Physical Education.
Laura began playing cricket aged 11 with Keighley U13 boys' team, and first
played women's cricket with Yorkshire Under 15s, aged 12.

Laura has represented England at U19 and U17 level, playing in two European Cup tournaments. At last year's Cup she returned her best bowling figures of 3-8. Part of the Championship winning Yorkshire team this year, she also plays for Leeds/Bradford UCCE and is studying for a BA (Hons) in Physical Education.
