Profile

Tim Rouse is a top-order batsman and offspinner who made his first-class debut for Cardiff MCC University against Glamorgan in April 2015. A first-class debut for Somerset came against the Pakistan tourists the following year and an assured 41 in the second innings was briefly disturbed when he was hit on the helmet by Mohammad Amir. Still, as somebody studying philosophy at Cardiff University, he had a better chance than most to find the positives.
