Anthony Kershler is a skilful slow left arn bowler who has performed with merit when representing NSW.
He has a five wicket haul in Shield cricket (5/42 v Queensland) and is looking to establish himself in the Blues XI alongside captain and off-spinner Greg Matthews.
He is known as "Columbo" to his team mates and desires to represent Australia.
Kershler believes that the main appeal of cricket over other sports is the need to maintain skill levels lver long periods of time.
Aside from cricket, Kershler is a detective. He enjoys a variety of sports including golf, rugby union, rugby league and basketball.
