The England Head Coach, Duncan Fletcher, has made the following decision regarding the availability of contracted players for the remainder of the County season.
Mark Butcher (Surrey), Alec Stewart (Surrey) and Matthew Hoggard (Yorkshire) will all be available to their Counties.
James Anderson (Lancashire), Andrew Flintoff (Lancashire), Ashley Giles (Warwickshire), Stephen Harmison (Durham) Marcus Trescothick (Somerset) and Michael Vaughan (Yorkshire) will all be unavailable for County cricket.
A decision on Nasser Hussain's availability to Essex has been delayed pending a further medical review of the toe injury which ruled him out of the 5th npower Test Match against South Africa.
Somerset's Andrew Caddick is currently ruled out of all cricket with a back injury and due to undergo surgery later this month.
