Andy Lloyd has resigned from Warwickshire after 16 years of service at the club. Lloyd has cited personal reasons for stepping down from the position of chairman of the cricket sub committee, a role which he has held for five years.

Lloyd captained Warwickshire between 1988 and 2002, during which time the side won the NatWest Trophy in 1989 against Sussex. He has also served as the chairman of cricket at Edgbaston.
