Ben Brown and Tom Smith have agreed new two-year contracts with Sussex.
Brown, 19, made appearances in Sussex's successful Pro40 campaign this year and represented England Under-19s during their World Cup in February and New Zealand's tour to England in July and August. He also played one Twenty20 match for the first team in 2008.
Smith, 21, has been at Sussex for two seasons, and scored 590 runs for the 2nd XI at an average of 53.64 and was the leading wicket-taker with 29 wickets at 20.90. Smith also played five one-day games for the first team in 2008, as well as one Twenty20 match.
