Sajid Mahmood has been reprimanded under the ECB discipline code for an incident during the England Lions match against West Indies A at Wantage Road on Tuesday.
Mahmood, who conceded 79 runs in his 10 overs, was reported by umpires Rob Bailey and Peter Willey for a level one breach which relates to abuse of cricket ground, equipment or fixtures and fittings.
Meanwhile, Brad Hodge has also been reprimanded for a similar breach during Leicestershire's Friends Provident t20 match against Lancashire on June 25.
The penalties will remain on both player's records for two years and another level one breach during that period will result in an automatic three-point penalty.
