The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the national governing body for cricket from playground to Test arena.

We have a vacancy for a County Development Officer to support the Lincolnshire Cricket Board in the achievement of its development plan, particularly where it relates to the promotion and development of cricket in schools and clubs for both children and young adults.

For this role you must have a sound knowledge, appreciation and understanding of cricket and experience of cricket development at grass roots level. A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm, you will need to have good administration skills and be an excellent communicator.
