Neil Pinner is one of a several local players that Worcestershire are trying to bring through. He made his first-class debut in 2011 and played four more matches towards the end of the following season, making 82 against Lancashire at New Road.
He's had more opportunity in one-day cricket, playing most of the CB40 matches in 2011 and 2012 but only made a high score of 37 in 14 matches.
Pinner attended the Royal Grammer School in Worcester, the sixth oldest in the world. He played for England Under-16s and top-scored in a series against Australia and played club cricket in Adelaide during the winter of 2009-10.
