Tom Stayt is a seam bowler from Wiltshire, and one of the first graduates of the Gloucestershire academy where he spent four years. Tom, a student at Exeter University, is considered a very good prospect in the Gloucestershire set-up. He was awarded a two-year contract for 2008-09.
He has also been studying for a degree in accounting and finance at Exeter University. He made his debut in the LVCC against Middlesex at Lord's in August 2007, taking 3 for 57.
