He was a member of the North Queensland Under 19 team in 1994-95 and has appeared for North Queensland from 1997-98 to 1999-00, and again in 2002-03. In 1998-99 and again in 1999-00 he was a member of the successful Queensland Country team at the National Country Championships, recording a number of quite fine efforts with the bat, often at a time when quick runs were required that would ensure the Queensland team was able to remain in contention for the Shield. In September 2000 he was a member of the Queensland Country Origin team to play City Origin at Warwick, creating a quite favourable impression against his far more experienced opponents. He played QCA grade for Northern Suburbs (First grade 2000-01 to 2001-02) and played in England in 2002, returning to Townsville for the 2002-03 season. Schools: Wulguru State; Townsville State High. His occupation is bank officer and it was a transfer that took him from Townsville to Cairns and now to Brisbane. (Warwick Torrens, Jan 2003)
