In the previous segment we looked at the different types of push-up's using a SB and we can develop a good base strength doing these exercises. In addition to that we can also look at push-ups using medicine balls. They maybe more difficult to perform but once you are able to do them there are some real benefits in strength and stability. These exercises might not be easy to perform but as a cricketer it should be your aim to look to do these, as it requires a good combination of strength and core strength to perform the movements correctly. As with all advance exercises you might not succeed the first time but the body adapts to the new challenge and so should you. The more you do it the better you will get.
