The Executive Committee of the HKCA is now calling an Extraordinary General Meeting on 29th April 2009 at the KOWLOON CRICKET CLUB at 7:00pm.

The purpose of this EGM is to deal with the set of routine changes in the Association's M&A. The bulk of the changes are required by the Registrar of Companies to bring the M&A up to date as many of its clauses predate 1997.

There is only one new change which is to formalize the addition of an Executive Board Member to represent Women's Cricket.
