He came to Brisbane just prior to the commencement of the 1999-00 season and appeared for Queensland Academy of Sport, and made his One Day debut for Queensland. He commenced his cricket with Campbelltown and from 1995-96 to 1998-99 played with Penrith. He appeared for New South Wales Colts in the Sydney Gregory Cup match of 1994-95 and in 1998-99 twice represented New South Wales Second XI. Schools - Ashcroft Primary; Liverpool Boys High.
