0.1 to MDKJ Perera, caught at second slip! Wow wow wow! What a catch there by the NZ skipper! Two handed, flying to his left, over his head! It was a back of length delivery that cut away from the left-hander, who got a thick outside edge that flew towards the slip cordon. McCullum flew to his left to pull off a stunner.. 0/1
8.5 to LD Chandimal, a length delivery follows the shorter snorter! Chandimal was slow to come forward and gets a loud outside edge through to the keeper. Loose shot in the end and one more is back in the hut.. 34/4
8.504344.86336010
5.2 to TM Dilshan, ordinary shot by Dilshan as he misses a fuller length delivery and has his stumps rattled! Maybe it came in a touch, but Dilshan went forward for a lazy push towards the leg side, leaving a big gap between the bat and the pad and the ball hit the top of middle.. 27/2
20.2 to AD Mathews, he has taken the leg stump down! What a blow! Angelo was looking good and was holding up the end but this time, he tries to go back and across the tickle the length delivery to the leg side, but misses it. He has walked too far across unfortunately.. A repeat of the Suresh Raina dismissal from the warm-up match between India and Australia. 65/5
33.3 to NLTC Perera, caught by mid-on! Wicket goes down just at the right time for New Zealand. It was a length ball outside off, the kind Perera loves to hit out of the ground, but this time he doesn't get hold of it. It goes high and Vettori at mid-on back pedals a few paces to take a well-judged catch. 118/7
37.5 to SL Malinga, caught at slip! McC gets no. four! It was a length delivery that the batsman tries to whip it to the leg side, but he gets an outside edge that flies high towards first slip where Taylor takes a sharp catch. 138/10

7.4 to DPMD Jayawardene, tossed up and slower, the batsman comes forward to defend, but this one doesn't turn at all, it misses the inside edge and thuds on to the pads.. Vettori appeals, the umpire concurs..Mahela thinks about reviewing it for a second, but then walks away.. It would have been a waste to review it as that was a very good shout. 33/3

36.2 to KC Sangakkara, caught at short third man! this could be the difference between 180 and 150! Sanga tries to drive this one over extra cover, but it wasn't full enough and he gets a thick outside edge towards backward point. Kane W moves to his left and completes and easy catch. Huge huge blow this one... 135/8
36.6 to RMS Eranga, tossed up outside, the batsman thinks it's time to hit it to the shorter straight boundary, but he is no Perera, hits it only as far as long-on for a simple catch. Sri Lankan innings is in shambles here.. 135/9

8.6 to KS Williamson, he is gone this time! It was a slower delivery and it was a high full-toss. Kane Williamson totally lost it in the flight. He tried to nudge it towards the leg side, but was hit on the thigh pad while he was ducking, right in front of the middle stump. Did he get a bat on that? I don't think so. It was hitting the top of the middle. Kane Williamson asks for a review, maybe in the hope that it would have gone over the top, but that was dipping sharply. Malinga strikes and New Zealand lose a review. 48/2
19.6 to DL Vettori, that's game over for Vettori! It's that slower ball and it was a yorker, hits the batsman right in front and that is an easy decision for the umpire. But Vettori was disappointed and rightly so, the ball had hit the inside edge on its way. Unfortunately for him, his friend Kane W had used up the review earlier.... 80/6
29.6 to BB McCullum, the off stump takes a beating! That's six on the last throw of the dice. Sri Lanka continue to fight. It's that slower yorker again and Baz is completely outfoxed by the lack of pace on that. He tried to whip it to the leg side, but falls over as he plays too early, the ball dips and goes under the bat to hit the off stump... 115/7
31.2 to NL McCullum, an inswinging yorker does the job, this one was fast, it was mean, it hit the batsman on the back pad.. Infront of the leg stump. Would that have gone on to hit the leg? Possibly. Nathan McCullum's fighting innings has been cut short, Malinga is doing it for Sri Lanka.. Hawk-eye says that the ball would have just clipped the outside of the leg stump. 122/8

3.4 to L Ronchi, here comes the first wicket! It was a length delivery outside off, very quick as well, and Ronchi wanted to push it to the off side without moving his feet, but the bowler gets some extra bounce off the pitch and the ball flicks the outside edge on its way to the keeper's gloves. 14/1
10.1 to MJ Guptill, gone! caught at slip! Someone asked for the wobble? Eranga bowls that sharp shortish delivery outside off and the batsman tries to defend it off the back foot, but it took off and the bounce surprised Guptill who ended up fending it towards slip. It flew high and it flew fast and Mahela took a sharp overhead catch.. 49/4
1003613.60362000
9.6 to LRPL Taylor, the finger has gone up! No review this time! Herath has done what Dan Vettori did to Mahela. After flighting a couple of deliveries, he bowls the arm ball and Ross Taylor gets hit in front as he plays down the wrong line, the ball thudding onto his front pad in front of the middle stump. It would have gone on to hit middle and leg. Can Sri Lanka set in some panic in the New Zealand camp?. 49/3
6.311211.84300010
14.5 to JEC Franklin, very loud shout again! And this time Rod Tucker waits, waits and then succumbs under pressure. It was good shout even though the batsman was pressing forward, he was hit marginally on the line of off stump. Good decision and Franklin, who was looking more composed of the two batsmen, has to go. 70/5
