4.1 to Ishan Kishan, 133 kph. Loose shot from Kishan. Full and wide outside off from Smith. Kishan plays in the air and finds point. his feet weren't close enough to the ball, nor was his head over the ball. Loose waft and that was bound to go aerial. Point takes an easy catch over his head. 13/1
33.5 to SN Khan, bowled him! That was a risky shot that would have only given him a single at best. Slower ball close to off stump, back of a length. Kept a touch low, maybe, and he looks to dab it to third man with an open face and chops it on off the inside edge. 156/4
1005035.00374130
5.5 to RK Bhui, edged and taken. Bhui goes. India are in early trouble once again. Fullish length on off, Bhui has to play and he does, but he gets a thick outside edge which is very well accepted by second slip, diving low to his left.. 19/2
47.6 to RR Batham, slower ball on off stump, looks to make room and hit over cover, ends up slicing a simple catch to backward point. 240/7
49.3 to MK Lomror, back of a length on off stump. Looks to make room and hit over the covers again, but it's dug into the pitch and hits high on his bat, and it slices high up and the bowler moves to his right to take a simple catch. 253/8

26.3 to RR Pant, length ball angling away from off stump and that's an ordinary shot. Goes deep in his crease and tries to manufacture a slash, ends up slicing a simple catch to short third man. 108/3

36.2 to Washington Sundar, tossed up outside off, nice and slow, and Sundar has holed out. Had to manufacture all the power himself as he looked to hit it with the turn, and ended up picking out long-on. 165/5
44.6 to Armaan Jaffer, down the track and he's bowled. Gets this one to go with the arm, and Jaffer is not quite to the pitch of it. Looks to flick it and that opens up the gap for the ball to sneak through and hit off stump. 220/6

2.1 to GD Phillips, gone! Lovely bowling. Really good catch. Fullish delivery, zoning in on that off bail. Swerves away just a touch to take the outside edge of a prodding Phillips. The keeper is wrong-footed but moves smartly to his right to hold onto the catch. Great start for India. 4/1
6.4 to JA Clarkson, and there it is. The pressure has released in the form of another wicket. Short delivery on off, Clarkson comes down to try and swipe over the leg side but the ball hustles onto him and he can only spoon it up for the keeper to take. Not very clever batting, but great bowling from Avesh. 4/2
6.5 to R Ravindra, another one. Very full delivery outside off, Ravindra goes for an exuberant drive but gets a thick outside edge which is well taken by second slip in front of his face. NZ tottering now. 5/3
10.2 to JL Finnie, another one goes. Avesh takes another. Short delivery on off, Finnie pokes and prods only for the ball to take the outside edge. Second slip takes another as NZ sink further.. 16/4

18.5 to DN Phillips, bowled im, another one goes. The googly this time, flat delivery down leg. The batsman walks across the crease too much and the leg stump is disturbed. Not great batting of spin this.. 72/6
7.314756.26263310
17.4 to FH Allen, bowled im this time. This one skids on and goes on with the arm to take the off stump. Poor shot, played for a bit of turn but he hasn't spun one throughout the over. Goes through bat and pad to clatter into the stumps. 65/5
21.2 to CK Leopard, massive slog and Leopard goes. Surely, with that the hopes of NZ. Flat delivery on middle, a massive slog from Leopard goes nowhere and clatters into the stumps. No spin again. 80/7
23.3 to NG Smith, that was out. Looked plumb. Flat on middle, the ball spins a touch and beats the outside edge only to hit the back pad right in front of off and middle. Out on all counts and NZ are eight down. 88/8
29.5 to AA Parikh, tossed up outside off, seems to get caught in two minds between driving along the ground and trying to loft over cover, and ends up offering him the simplest of catches. 133/9
31.3 to TTB Scott, down the track, and that is that. Lomror holds this back a bit, and he's nowhere near the pitch of it as he looks to blast that out of the ground. Gets a lot of height on it but not much distance as it skews up off the outside half of the bat, and the bowler calls for it, runs back towards the mid-off region, and takes it over his head while falling backwards. Finishes with a five-for to go with his 45. 138/10
