Profile

An effective legspinner for Jamaica, Robert Haynes appeared in eight ODIs without ever coming close to recapturing his domestic form. After retiring, he coached Jamaica from 1999 to 2006. Although he guided them to the Carib Beer Cup in 2004-05, but quit at the end of the following season after they finished bottom. In July 2008, he was named in the national selection selection panel headed by Clyde Butts.
